Perinatal Prana will provide a good-faith estimate prior to your appointment.  We are not accepting insurance at this time.  Payment to be collected 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  No refund if canceled within 24 hours or if you do not show up for your appointment.  We accept payment in the form of credit or debit cards.  Billing receipt can be provided upon request.  * Allowed rescheduling once without charge if circumstances of illness or hospitalization precluded attending.
